Tomato
Vinegar (or raspberry vinaigrette, or Italian dressing)
Cilantro
Dill
Salt
Pepper
Mayo
Mozzarella Cheese Slices
Submarine buns
and of course, the left over turkey
Chop the tomato into small pieces, mix in about 1/4 t of vinegar, sprinkle some cilantro, a shake of dill, stir together. Spread a small amount of mayo on both sides of bun, on one side put turkey, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. On the other side put the mozzarella cheese slices. Put some of the tomato mixture on top of the turkey. Toast open-faced. Yum!
